As Christians, it should be our desire to continuously grow in our love, devotion, and commitment to Christ. I pray that this is the desire of your heart. yet, so often Christians are content to sit back and become complacent in their faith. You should never allow yourself to become complacent, apathetic, and stagnate.
Get excited about growing spiritually this year. Make it a priority. I want to share with you the key to getting a jumpstart on your spiritual growth. In order to succeed in any area of life you must be willing to make some changes and you must place yourself in a position where you can best succeed. Our church offers the opportunity for you to be in the place where God can begin to do His mighty work in your life. This key to spiritual growth has 3 components.
1) Sunday School – This is where you will engage in Bible Study with fellow believers.
2) Morning Worship – This is where you will lift your voice in praise and adoration to God with other believers. It is also where you will be exposed to the sound preaching of God’s Word.
3) Wednesday Evening Service – This is where you will receive spiritual encouragement through Bible Study and prayer. This is so helpful during the middle of the week.
If you attend one, you will have fun, but you have just begun.
If you attend two, that is cool, but you are not through.
If you attend all three, you now hold the key to succeed!
I urge you to take you spiritual growth seriously. Get plugged in to these 3 services which will certainly encourage and bless you as you seek to grow in your love, devotion, and commitment to Christ. May God bless you as you grow in Him!
